Day 3 – Sweat Intervals with Insanity Max 30!!

Day 3 Sweat intervals 7.14.16

Maxed out at 9 minutes and 27 seconds! I tried to make it to the 10 minute Mark for the first break! Squat lunges 2nd time around got me!

So the first video is the last few seconds of my 30 minute workout!! I was pushing to make it through. I was exhausted, sweating, feeling the burn.. But I kept moving! Some times its so hard to tell yourself to keep going when you are feeling the burn and just exhausted. I promise you this that you will feel accomplished and proud of yourself.

Shaun T is Awesome! Keeps you moving! You burn the entire time! He is someone I want to talk to me while I’m working out. He motivates me!

Event free tonight!! Enjoyed my Shakeology now getting ready to read a little personal development and go to bed. I choose to work out at night before bed… So I will push myself harder at night knowing I can go straight to bed! Some rather get up early and workout.. I’m a night owl.. Everything’s better at night. Lol ✨🌝⭐️🌚✨
