Is this the most flattering picture.. nope.. but it’s ME! I’m learning to love myself even when I don’t think I look my best.  

We have to start thinking better thoughts about ourselves! If we think we look bad then it shows.. 

You can tell when someone is confident in their self.. you can also tell when someone is stuck on their self. Same goes for when you are insecure with yourself

Every single one of us has the ability to CHANGE someone’s life.. for the better or for the worst..

We have to work on empowering and bringing them up. Too much in our society we tear others down just to gain an edge.. WHY❓Our own insecurities⁉️ 

Let’s push aside this way society has taught us to treat others and let’s make a new way of lifting others up! When they ride we will rise! 
Don’t you feel so much better when you make someone else feel good rather than tearing them down?

Healthy

Healthiest part of my day!!  I have struggled with acid reflux problems for years!  
I can honestly say that with working out, eating right and drinking my shake every day for over a year… I feel SO SO much better!  

I don’t live off of tums or medicine anymore!

How we say things to ourself will have an impact.  
I have talked down to myself for far too long. It is a hard process to push past all the years of negative talk.  
I am a continual work in progress. I am working hard to not let myself talk down to me. I want to get to where I am only saying positive.
